Company Profile
The following is a general operation tutorial for diesel engine driven sand pumps:
1. Preparation before startup:
-Check if the diesel engine oil and circulating water tank cooling water meet the specified values.
-Check if the oil in the high-pressure water pump, sand pump, and gearbox is sufficient (all are 40 # diesel oil).
-Add water to the high-pressure water pump.
2. Start the diesel engine:
-Start the high-pressure water pump diesel engine, and at the same time, start the sand pump main engine to idle for a few minutes. After the water temperature and oil temperature gradually increase, close the connecting clutch.
-Gradually increase the diesel engine speed to normal speed (approximately 1450 rpm).
-Close the high-pressure water gun gate valve, open the vacuum master ball valve, and open the vacuum valve.
-Raise the main engine speed of the sand pump to 1300 rpm, lift the sand suction faucet above the water surface, and see a continuous flow of clean water in the sand suction faucet. Place the sand suction faucet back below the water surface, reduce the diesel engine speed to below 1000 rpm, then close the gearbox clutch, and then increase the diesel engine speed to above 1300 rpm and below 1500 rpm (before the new machine enters the running in period, the speed should be controlled below 1350 rpm). After a period of time, a large amount of water flows out at the sand outlet, indicating that the sand suction pump has been filled with water. At this time, close the vacuum valve and the vacuum main valve, open the high-pressure water gun gate valve, and gradually lower the sand suction faucet.
3. Sand pumping operation:
-After the sand pump is filled with water, the sand can be sucked. Pay attention to controlling the sand suction concentration to avoid low concentration affecting equipment production capacity and high concentration blocking the pipeline.
4. Shutdown:
-If the equipment needs to be shut down during operation, the sand suction faucet needs to be raised first.
-After shutdown, check if all components are functioning properly and clean the equipment and surrounding environment.
Please note that relevant safety operating procedures must be strictly followed during the operation process to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment. Meanwhile, depending on the actual situation, it may be necessary to make appropriate adjustments to the operating steps. If you have any questions about the specific operation, it is recommended to refer to the equipment manual or consult a professional.
